Rental Information- Private Charters and Wedding Policies

  • A non-refundable deposit of charter fee due at the time of booking a date to confirm the vessel.

  • A non-refundable Food Deposit will be $15.00/person times the estimated group size due at the time of booking.

  • The Food Minimum on Sunday-Thursday & Friday daytime is $16.95 per person. The Food Minimum on Friday Evenings and Saturdays is $19.95 per person.

  • Bar Required. (Children 5 and under will have a $3.00 discount from the main entree selections. This does not apply to hors d’oeuvre selections.)
  • Food ordered buffet style and priced per person is not allowed to be removed from the boat.
  • Catering contract must be signed at the time of booking to confirm your function.

30 minutes boarding time allowed prior to your scheduled cruise time.

  • All food & estimated liquor will be pre-paid in full 14 days prior to the charter date (including State tax & 20% service charge-not a gratuity).
  • Guarantee Count must be given 10 days prior to the function date.
  • If Gaurantee is not called in, the group size will become your guarantee. You will be charged for this guarantee or the actual number of guests, whichever number is greater.
  • If your guaranteed count is larger than your estimated pre-pay count, the new balance will need to be paid prior to your function.
  • If your guarantee count is less than your pre-paid estimate you will be reimbursed within 7 – 10 days of your function.
  • Any outstanding balance will be charged to the credit card listed at the bottom of the form.
  • Members of wedding parties are allowed to board 15 minutes early for set-up. (1/2 hour prior to the scheduled cruise time.) Extra time can be scheduled in advance for an additional fee. (See “Optional Charges” below.)
  • All guests must leave the boat when the boat docks. We can plan to dock 15 minutes early if you wish to stay on board the dock for those few moments.
  • Use of special P.A. set up for weddings. N/C

  • Floral Decorating & Set up – $150.00/hour, if available(maximum 2 hours (includes band/DJ set up)
  • Linen Tablecloths on Sweet Afton provided at $25.00, (Napkins & Tablecloths $1.25pp).
  • Linen Tablecloths provided on the Afton Princess & Grand Duchess – N/C
  • Gold buffet skirting provided on the Afton Princess & Grand Duchess – N/C

We do not allow any confetti or glitter on tables. There will be an additional $150.00 clean up fee if confetti or glitter is brought on board any vessel.
