All Public Cruise ticket sales are final and are non-refundable. All cruises go rain or shine. If you can not attend, you can contact us and provide a new guest name to use your tickets. We do not give date changes if you miss the boat. Please allow enough time for driving, Traffic, Road Construction and Parking.

Your payment and personal information is secure when booking online. Our SSL software encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
